Popcorn and M&M Cake Recipe

16 cups Popcorn, unsalted, unbuttered
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Oil
16 oz Mini-Marshmallows
16 oz M&M's

Grease bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large, microwave-safe
bowl, melt margarine, add oil and stir. Add marshmallows and melt at
45 second intervals, stiring each time, until all are melted. Pour
over popcorn and add M&M's. Mix thoroughly and press into pan. Can
also be made into popcorn balls for individual servings.

Enjoy!

  1. Yum!! I am going to have to make that sometime! Can you use butter instead of margarine? (Can you tell I'm not a cook? Haha)

(Yes, you can substitute butter for margarine, Kitty.)

  3. Yes, Sherry's right, you can use butter or margarine. It's a very good cake and with all the seasonal M&M's you can make it for almost any holiday!
