Birthday Bummer

Today's my birthday and we are experiencing the coldest weather in twenty-two years. This is not my idea of a happy birthday. I hate the cold and I hate winter. Hubs hasn't even had a chance to buy my card/bday gift cause of this weather crap. BUT, he did cook me bacon and eggs this morning, so that was nice!!

My SIL called us at 4:45 this morning because her pipes were all frozen and she didn't know what to do. After several texts and phone calls and her going to the home improvement store, we are now attempting to make our way to her house.

There's probably a good two inches of ice on the roads and we already helped pull our neighbor out of the ditch. Now we have to try and make our way to SIL's and she lives about 35 mins away, but it'll probably takes us close to two hours to get there. :(

Needless to say, I went ahead and brought my car charger with us so I could at least play on my phone.

And last but not least...Last night, I dreamed I was at the dr's office and he told me I was PG. I had this huge smile on my face and right after I told him what a perfect birthday present that was....I woke up.

;( It's my birthday and I'll cry if I want to.
