Wowzers

I knew I would probly get some rude comments on my other blog, so I enabled the comment moderation thingy. This morning I looked and had 2 comments that need to be moderated. One was from M and the other annonymous. I published M's however the other one not so much.....Here is what they wrote{it's probly from some jackass in my family}

look into adoption.

insurance companies shouldn't pay for infertility treatments.

lots of little babies need homes right now.

I am so mad right now I am shaking. If they don't have the balls to sign their name to crap like that, then they are not getting published. I guess I need to post something about adoption next. And inform whoever, that even if we had chose adoption we would still be raising money. Idiots!
The part that really gets under my skin is them saying insurance shouldn't cover IF. Goes to show they have never been through it and I bet they would pitch a fit if their "fill in the blank" illness wasn't covered. Makes me want to have a post that reads something like this..."Thank you for the annon tip of looking into a adoption. What great insight you must have to think about that and offer it as a suggestion. How come we didn't think about that? Oh wait a minute, WE DID! YA MORONS..."

Stupid, ignorant people

  1. J, I'm SOOO sorry. Some people have no tact. I'm trying to find this infertility brochure thingy for you that I found on the internet once... it's a great one to give to people who just don't understand what IF feels like and that it's not as easy as just plopping baby in your arms... I'll get back to you if I find it... I thought it might be a good one to publish on your blog.

  3. That's aweful! And I'm saying that as an adoptive mom. I would never suggest adoption to someone just b/c they are IF. Every family has to decide for themselves if they are willing to adopt, seek treatment, or live childless. And not covering IF treatment is shameful.

  4. IF is a medical condition and I think it should be covered by insurance. People are so ignorant! How cowardly of him/her to not write their name. Sorry!
