??Alcohol at work??.......
YES, You read the title right. This morning, still the early am, this lady at work walks into our (med. records girls') office and says they are serving Memosis in the breakroom for somebody's 21st b-day. What the heck?!?!? Alcohol AT WORK???? It wasn't even 9am and they're breaking out the booze? We couldn't believe it. I mean, I know your not gonna get shnokered over 1 drink, but still, ALCOHOL AT WORK????? AT 8:40am?????? Have you ever heard of such a thing?

ReplyDeleteLOL...sounds like my work! My boss has a bottle of scotch in his office; another attorney has a mini-fridge stocked with beer. Now partaking doesn't occur daily or anything, but it's funny to know that it's there.
ReplyDeleteOur sales manager has a bottle of whisky in his office and people are constantly bringing beer in and out of here. We don't drink at work or anything, it just floats around the office for "after hours". :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like my old work. On Fridays all the executives would get together in the board room and drink wine. And one guy in particular hardly ever waited for Friday to be drunk at work. (And he's in local politics here, nice huh?)
ReplyDeleteMy hubs just had a margarita party at his work last friday...but they didnt start drinking till 2. They do this often, kinda funny huh?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I couldn't imagine drinking on the job. It seems like there are so many things wrong with that idea.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, I didn't think that was legal... well it probably is for most, but not for us nurses. We just pass around the morphine and oxycodone at break, jk.
